Meet Chaille

Chaille Thomas is the Chief Operations Officer for Ztastic Solutions, LLC. She currently works as an elementary reading intervention teacher in Texas. Her side hustle is her personalization business The Blank Space. Chaille is inspired by building authentic relationships with her students and colleagues. She always loves learning from other’s experiences and perspectives. 

Chaille graduated with honors from the University of Houston in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6. She is ESL and TESOL certified. Chaille taught second and third graders from 2013-2018 in Cy-Fair ISD. She was honored with the “Student Centered Environment Award”. Her passion for relationship building and the social/emotional needs of students continues to be her passion. Since 2018, she has honed her entrepreneurial skills as a private tutor and online ESL instructor. In her spare time she volunteers, loves to travel, and try new foods.
